Quantech digital filter fluorometer

• เป็นเครื่องวัดค่าการเกิดฟลูออเรสเซนส์ของสารตัวอย่างในหลอดทดลอง
• ตัวเครื่องได้รับการออกแบบมาให้สามารถรองรับการทดสอบของสารตัวอย่างได้หลากหลาย
• บนตัวเครื่องมีหน้าจอแสดงผลแบบ LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) ที่สามารถแสดงค่าและ
กระบวนการทำงานต่างๆ ของเครื่องได้
• ตัวเครื่องมีระบบ Automatic Gain Adjustment ซึ่งตัวเครื่องจะทำการปรับระดับการรับแสงของ
ตัว Detector ได้เองโดยอัตโนมัติ จึงช่วยให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถประหยัดเวลาโดยไม่ต้องเสียเวลา
ทำการปรับค่าเอง
• ที่ด้านหลังของเครื่อง มีช่องเชื่อมต่อกับสายพอร์ท RS – 232 สำหรับการใช้งาน
กับคอมพิวเตอร์หรือเครื่องปริ๊นเตอร์

• เครื่องฟลูออโรมิเตอร์ มีให้เลือกใช้งานทั้งหมด 4 โมเดล ดังนี้
     o Basic Model (เป็นเครื่องฟลูออโรมิเตอร์สำหรับการใช้งานทั่วไป ตัวเครื่องมีราคาถูก)

    o Wide Band Model (เป็นเครื่องฟลูออโรมิเตอร์สำหรับการวิเคราะห์วิจัยที่ต้องการการกระตุ้น
        จากรังสี UV และตัวตรวจจับค่าการปล่อยพลังงานที่มีช่วงในการปล่อยค่าสูง)

    o Life Science Model (เป็นเครื่องฟลูออโรมิเตอร์ที่เหมาะสำหรับการใช้ใน
       การทดสอบทางด้าน QA และ QC)

    o Chromatography Detector Model (เป็นเครื่องฟลูออโรมิเตอร์ที่ใช้งาน
        UV – Visible Spectrum ได้ทั้งหมด)

• หลักการทำงานของเครื่อง
     o ตัวเครื่องจะแสดงระดับการทำงานบนหน้าจอแสดงผลแบบเป็นขั้นตอน จึงทำให้ผู้ใช้งาน
         กำหนดค่าต่างๆ ผ่านทางปุ่มควบคุมบนตัวเครื่องได้โดยตรง
     o สารตัวอย่างที่ทำการทดลองจะถูกอ่านค่าความเข้มข้นของสารได้โดยการคำนวณค่า Linear
         Regression Analysis โดยอ้างอิงค่ามาจากค่า Standard Curve ของสารมาตรฐาน
     o ตัวเครื่องสามารถบันทึกค่า Standard Curve ของสารมาตรฐาน ได้ถึง 9 จุด
     o ตัวเครื่องมีระบบ Automatic Gain Adjustment
